Mix up your routine!

I normally go Spinning on Wednesdays at Sports Club LA in between training clients and leading a Mission at the Santa Monica stairs. Today I swam laps instead.  It felt so good to switch it up!  Being consistent is important, but you never want to do the same kind of workout ALL the time.  Avoid getting stuck in a boring plateau by trying a new kind of workout this week!  Ever tried using kettlebells?!

You know I'm all about it!

Both things - switch ups, and the kettlebells!!! I'm also trying something new this week - Heavy Hands!! I'll report back more but I'm muy excited :)
