I Eat Chocolate EVERYDAY! :)

Do you need an excuse to eat chocolate? Eat it to keep you young and healthy!  Cocoa is unusually rich in flavanols that help preserve the healthy function of blood vessels. Maintaining youthful blood vessels lowers risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and dementia.  That's good enough for me!  Make sure you are eating chocolate with a high cocoa content.  I always buy 70-85%.  Yummy!
