Dining at home :)
| I just put spinach, baby tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and bell peppers together and sauteed them in a light olive oil cooking spray and added lemon pepper while everything was still in the pan. I put everything in a bowl and added sesame seeds, Bragg's Amino Acids, and sesame oil to give them a zesty kick of flavor. I also put a tablespoon of grilled vegetable hummus (from Whole Foods) on top to make it look and taste even more fabulous. For my protein, I threw some flax seed tempeh in the bowl. YUMMY!!! |

That sounds so good
| I'll be steaming some fish after my lifting, along with some mixed veggies. Throw in some zeke bread and i'm set. Runyon put it to my hips a bit much yesterday so I am hitting the maxes tonight, hehe. |
