Dining at home :)

I just put spinach, baby tomatoes, sugar snap peas, and bell peppers together and sauteed them in a light olive oil cooking spray and added lemon pepper while everything was still in the pan.  I put everything in a bowl and added sesame seeds, Bragg's Amino Acids, and sesame oil to give them a zesty kick of flavor.  I also put a tablespoon of grilled vegetable hummus (from Whole Foods) on top to make it look and taste even more fabulous.  For my protein, I threw some flax seed tempeh in the bowl.  YUMMY!!!

That sounds so good

I'll be steaming some fish after my lifting, along with some mixed veggies. Throw in some zeke bread and i'm set. Runyon put it to my hips a bit much yesterday so I am hitting the maxes tonight, hehe.
