It’s just me and 10 agents on a Mission! I call everyone who trains with me an agent, because we are all on some kind of a mission, aren’t we? Agents include anyone who has made the choice to make the change! Consider me your workout buddy. I’m not a drill sergeant!



Mission Possible™ is my trademarked name for the outdoor group training sessions led by me each week. Training outdoors at some of the most beautiful parts of L.A. (like Runyon Canyon, the beach, and the Santa Monica stairs) is just one reason why Mission Possible™ is so much fun. My goal is to recruit, motivate and train a team of people who want to take their health and fitness to the next level while having a good time. As new people are always joining, a little networking is inevitable. Everyone seems to share the same common goal of completing his or her own mission. There is always a good group of individuals during each session and I encourage everyone to be supportive of one another. Being a part of a team will make you want to keep going.

We get to every muscle! We work the core consistently, use resistance cords, run, sprint, lunge, hike, climb stairs, stretch, jump rope, and sweat... a lot! It's easy to get bored at the gym and fall out of a routine. Mission Possible™ sessions are never the same and always motivating. Exercising and eating well should never be a difficult chore. I want everyone to know that it is possible to live happier and healthier by making smarter lifestyle choices. In addition to the outdoor training, I also offer nutritional coaching. This makes Mission Possible™ a complete package. I'm not a drill sergeant. I'm a workout buddy, a friend, a coach, and a motivator. My promise is that I'll get you moving and excited about eating better and training efficiently.

Saturday at 10 a.m. (Santa Monica stairs, Beginners' Mission)

No matter when or where we meet, it is mandatory that you bring a positive attitude. The following phrases are not allowed: "I can't do it", or, I'm not strong enough to do this." If you say you cannot do something your body will listen to you. If you believe in yourself amazing things will happen. Believe, begin, become.



In February of 2000, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I have been on a Mission to overcome this disease through diet and exercise since my diagnosis. After years of perseverance, I have conditioned my body to healthily function on small amounts of insulin. During this journey, I discovered my passion for fitness and nutrition and realized that my purpose in life is to motivate, inspire, and educate others. I began studying nutrition in college in 2002 and became a certified Spinning® and Pilates Plus® instructor in 2005.

Mission Possible™ came to life because so many people were asking me what I ate and how I exercised. Nobody could believe that I was at one time 30 pounds heavier or, more importantly, that I had decreased my insulin dosage so drastically from making smarter lifestyle choices. Instead of just talking about my workout schedule or grocery list I decided to invite people to join me on my mission. I knew I could inspire people to get out of their comfort zones with fitness and nutrition. It doesn't mean unrealistic dieting, deprivation, or anything in excess. I'm talking about trying something new and being moderate. I exercise for an hour almost everyday and eat small meals every few hours. I will show you how to keep your workouts fun and enjoy eating healthy foods.

By starting Mission Possible™, it is my goal to begin a revolution of widespread holistic care and constant physical activity. It is my pleasure to share my story with the world with the hopes that it will change lives. I want to show diabetics and non-diabetics, women and men, and (most importantly) our children how to make an investment in their bodies. The lifestyle choices we make right now will be a reflection of our overall health later in life. You have the ability to create anything because impossible does not exist.
