Mission Possible™ is my trademarked name
for the outdoor group training sessions led by
me each week. Training outdoors at some of the
most beautiful parts of L.A. (like Runyon Canyon,
the beach, and the Santa Monica stairs) is just
one reason why Mission Possible™ is so much
fun. My goal is to recruit, motivate and train
a team of people who want to take their health
and fitness to the next level while having a good
time. As new people are always joining, a little
networking is inevitable. Everyone seems to share
the same common goal of completing his or her own
mission. There is always a good group of individuals
during each session and I encourage everyone to
be supportive of one another. Being a part of a
team will make you want to keep going.
We get to every muscle! We work the core consistently,
use resistance cords, run, sprint, lunge, hike,
climb stairs, stretch, jump rope, and sweat...
a lot! It's easy to get bored at the gym and fall
out of a routine. Mission Possible™ sessions
are never the same and always motivating. Exercising
and eating well should never be a difficult chore.
I want everyone to know that it is possible to
live happier and healthier by making smarter lifestyle
choices. In addition to the outdoor training, I
also offer nutritional coaching. This makes Mission
Possible™ a complete package. I'm not a drill
sergeant. I'm a workout buddy, a friend, a coach,
and a motivator. My promise is that I'll get you
moving and excited about eating better and training
efficiently.
